Royal Basin

This hike on the Olympic Peninsula has been on my list for awhile. It's doable as a very long day hike, but I found a last minute permit available...so I took a couple days off work and enjoyed it as a more leisurely overnight. The wildflowers were really gorgeous, and mosquitos just about as prolific!
