Andorra

After traveling along the southern French Riviera and into Catalonia, we drove up into the Pyranees to the micro nation of Andorra. We were amazed by the wealth and huge cities here crammed into steep canyons - tons of construction going on. Thankfully we'd reserved a lovely hotel outside the towns, on a hill overlooking a valley - wonderfully peaceful spot! We spent a day up in the mountains, riding lifts up to the peaks, exploring 11th century churches, and doing a little hiking.
