Twenty Lakes Basin

After my failed attempt to reach Crown and Peeler Lakes due to snow, I almost canceled my plans to hike Twenty Lakes Basin the following day...but decided to give it a try. It was definitely early, and there was a lot of snow left in many parts of the trail...but thanks to very few steep areas I was able to hike the majority of the loop, and was treated to absolutely amazing views in these stunning mountains bordering Yosemite National Park. many of the photos look more like winter than early June!
