European Tour 2014
In 2014, my grandma and I were all set to travel with the Oregon Adventist Men's Chorus to Ukraine on a singing tour. The trip was canceled due to civil unrest, but we decided to just change our tickets and still go to Europe. On our way to Amsterdam, our plane had a medical emergency and had to land in Edmonton which caused us to miss our connection and get stuck for a day in Iceland. We went out for a tour and discovered how incredibly beautiful that country was, vowing to return which we did three years later. When we finally made it to Holland, we enjoyed the incredible Keukenhof tulip gardens and charming Dutch countryside. We visited Brussels, Belgium for a day, and then spent three days in Italy visiting Florence, Tuscany, Venice, Pisa, and the Cinque Terre.
