Oregon's Niagara

Here in Oregon, it's a little known fact that we have our own Niagara Falls. I'm not sure why it bears that name, as it has absolutely no resemblance to its famous namesake. Our local Niagara is in a remote section of the Oregon Coast Range, accessible through a National Forest trailhead. It had been years since I was up there -- really great time of year to visit with lots of water on Niagara and Pheasant Creek Falls just next to it, as well as trillium and skunk cabbage blooming.
